Seventeen years at Unilever shaped a strong commercial instinct combined with hands-on leadership and a relentless focus on delivery. Jonas held multiple Commercial Director roles, leading large teams and owning P&L responsibility across markets and categories.
He built a track record in driving sustainable growth, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and translating strategy into concrete actions that deliver results. Known for his pragmatic, data-driven approach, Jonas operates with a true “boots on the ground” mindset.
After Unilever, he co-founded an HR tech company, building the business from the ground up and leading go-to-market, business development, and strategic partnerships.
He co-founded Falcon Consulting with the ambition to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, combining deep expertise with hands-on delivery to create lasting commercial impact.
Outside of work, Jonas enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, watching sports, and staying active through walking.
