Our Story
We’re Pauwel and Jonas, founders of Falcon Consulting – born from years of complementary experience, mutual respect, and a shared drive to make our expertise count.
Our story began at Unilever, where Jonas mentored Pauwel as we worked side by side to drive market expansion, deliver revenue growth, and negotiate customer partnerships in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
While Pauwel continued to deepen his expertise in commercial strategy and capability building within Unilever, Jonas stepped out to co-found and lead the HR-tech startup Vitamins@Work as CEO – launching a business from the ground up and leading go-to-market, strategic partnerships, and business development.
Having operated at both corporate and entrepreneurial levels, we’ve joined forces again to create the kind of consultancy we always wished existed: pragmatic, no-nonsense, and truly hands-on.
