A decade at Unilever shaped a rare combination of commercial, financial and operational expertise. Pauwel worked across category management, key account management, CD Excellence, and commercial finance, covering the full Belgian retail landscape.
He built a strong track record in growing the business, developing teams, and translating strategy into concrete actions that deliver results.
Over the years, Pauwel developed deep negotiation experience, both as a Key Account Manager and as a financial partner supporting teams in high pressure negotiations.
Outside of work, you will most likely find him on his bike. He completed the Cinglé du Mont Ventoux, climbing the mountain three times in a single day, in under six hours.
