Falcon Consulting is a boutique firm that helps commercial leaders turn strategy into tactical initiatives that deliver measurable growth. Founded by former Unilever employees Pauwel Nuytemans and Jonas Geleyn, we specialise in Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Performance, and Transformation.
We are not a typical management consulting firm. Where other design strategies, we make strategic plans operational. Whether it's setting the right price, structuring customer negotiations or improving ways of working, we make sure ideas are executed and turned into value. This hands-on, detail-driven approach creates real impact and builds lasting capability in the teams we work with.

What you’ll do
You will work side by side with the partners on high impact Pricing, Commercial Performance and transformation projects for both small and large FMCG companies.
You will
- Conduct research and analysis
- Translate messy data into clear commercial insights
- Quantify the impact of decisions across the P&L
- Work closely with client teams, often in high pressure moments
- Support clients in the implementation of recommendations and transformation projects
- Support negotiation preparation and scenario thinking
- Support the rollout of tools and ways of working, not just the design
- Play an active role in shaping Falcon’s culture and ways of working
As Falcon grows, you will grow with it, taking on more responsibilities and clients.

- How to turn analysis into decisions people actually act on
- How to operate in high pressure, real business situations
What you bring
We don’t care about perfect profiles. We care about how you think. You have
- A master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in consulting, finance or any other analytical field
- Strong analytical skills and a ruthless attention to detail
- Solid financial acumen combined with pragmatic intuition
- Strong project management skills
- You can simplify complexity and chaos into something actionable
- You are hands on and get things done; you don’t wait for perfect instructions.
- You challenge when something doesn’t make sense
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI is a bonus
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
