Falcon Consulting is a boutique firm that helps commercial leaders turn strategy into tactical initiatives that deliver measurable growth. Founded by former Unilever employees Pauwel Nuytemans and Jonas Geleyn, we specialise in Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Performance, and Transformation.
We are not a typical management consulting firm. Where other design strategies, we make strategic plans operational. Whether it's setting the right price, structuring customer negotiations or improving ways of working, we make sure ideas are executed and turned into value. This hands-on, detail-driven approach creates real impact and builds lasting capability in the teams we work with.

What you’ll do
You will work side by side with the partners on high impact Pricing, Commercial Performance and transformation projects for both small and large FMCG companies.
You will
- Lead smaller projects independently and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Crack complex commercial and pricing questions and translate them into clear recommendations
- Work alongside the client to implement these changes
- Support companies in the implementation of transformation projects
- Work closely with client teams, often in high pressure moments
- Support negotiation preparation and scenario thinking
- Help build the firm: coaching and growing the team as we scale
As Falcon grows, you will grow with it, taking responsibility for teams, clients and eventually practices.
What you bring
You have
- A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in consumer products or consulting
- Proven exposure to at least one of the following topics: Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Negotiations, Finance, Category Management, Transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and a ruthless attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Solid financial acumen combined with pragmatic intuition
- You can simplify complexity and chaos into something actionable
- The ability to switch gears fast across clients and topics
- Experience coaching small junior teams (Junior Consultant / Interns)
- Clear, confident communication, able to simplify complex messages
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI is a bonus
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
